Description

1. Structure and characteristics
This equipment adopts a unit heat exchange block splicing structure, and the heat exchange blocks are sealed with PTFE O-rings or expansion PTFE. The equipment is equipped with pressure springs as an automatic compensation mechanism for thermal expansion and contraction. Compared to the YKA block hole heat exchanger, this equipment is equipped with an absorption tower section at the top and a gas-liquid separator at the bottom.
The distribution cup of the YKX block hole type graphite falling film absorber is made of high-density, high-purity, and high film-forming ability "three high" graphite. Therefore, this equipment has the characteristics of good film-forming effect, high structural strength, and impact resistance.
