Deep analytical process description of pressure difference method
The dilute acid in the dilute acid tank and the dilute acid from the high-pressure system enter the vacuum system and carry out heat and mass transfer with the mixed gas from the reboiler. Due to the high azeotropic point of the acid under vacuum conditions, in the heat and mass exchange in the tower, water vapor is discharged through the condenser at the top of the tower as waste water after treatment. The concentrated acid at the bottom of the tower enters the storage tank. After being heated by the double-effect heat exchanger, and the bottom of the desorption tower is evaporated hydrogen chloride and water mixture fully contact, gas-liquid mixture in the tower to complete the heat and mass exchange, concentrated acid hydrogen chloride in the heat is desorbed, the tower top cooler and re-cooler after cooling, dry hydrogen chloride. The dilute acid at the bottom of the desorption tower is cooled by the double-effect heat exchanger and then recycled into the dilute acid tank.

The deep analysis of differential pressure method has the following advantages:
The solution will not crystallize and freeze the pipe, and should not be cleaned frequently when the operator is not skilled.
Pipelines, equipment, easy to operate, not due to changes in the amount of raw acid caused by changes in the concentration of calcium chloride affect production; not due to the deactivation of the boiling agent caused by fluctuations in production. Calcium chloride method requires high temperature graphite pump, easy to break. The differential pressure method requires only an ordinary pump.
